Partnered with Gordon Ramsay and his team to bring his signature flair to Los Angeles International Airport with the design of Gordon Ramsay Pub & Grill. Drawing inspiration from Ramsay’s existing portfolio, the space channels the warmth and character of a classic British pub, elevated with a modern twist. Design highlights include a show-stopping Union Jack installation crafted from backlit marble and a striking mural of Buckingham Palace’s original blueprints. Featuring subtle nods to British heritage woven into a high-traffic dining environment. Rich wall moldings, layered textures and bespoke furniture ground the space with a sense of refined comfort. And in true Ramsay fashion, a custom bulldog sculpture greets guests at the host stand, an homage to the chef’s beloved pup and playful spirit. The result is a space that feels both elevated and approachable, perfectly suited for travelers looking for a memorable dining experience between flights.
